Description
This special Novatec 80' motoryacht was custom designed by the well known designer Tommaso Spadolini. Since her launching the yacht has seen little use however she has been extremely well cared for. Her interior is stunning and very spacious as depicted by her full mahogany and burl woodwork throughout. A few of her many features include; a (4) stateroom (1) crew cabin layout each with their own heads custom galley with counter seating stabilizers plus a full compliment of Simrad electronics. Her inventory list is endless. She is powered by low hour Caterpillar 3412s which will bring her to a top speed of 26 knots. Several other custom items include full covers plus a large coveredCalifornia deck ideal for entertaining. Owner is pursuing other interests and is keen to sell.
Accommodations
Entering from stern via the swim platform are twin European access steps up to the aft deck. The aft deck features a U-shaped built-in settee with table twin side entrance gates plus port side cabinet with icemaker and trash compactor. To starboard is counter with sink. Also bow access is gained via full walk-around decks. Salon is accessed via stainless steel sliding door from aft deck. Immediately upon entry to starboard is spiral stairway down to the master suite. In master suite is a dual head with central divided shower/tub combo walk-around king berth closets and vanity with pullout seat.Back up in salon which is completely finished in mahogany immediately to port is a long u-shaped settee running forward with a twin coffee table/cabinet combination. Opposite to starboard is television in cabinet. Just forward to starboard is cabinet containing stereo equipment. Storage closets run full length of the salon starboard side.Moving forward is a cabinet/column divider accented in mahogany & burl which divide the salon from the formal dining area which is to starboard. Spiral stairs to guest staterooms/engine access/flybridge are opposite to port. Adjacent to stairs is the exterior wing door.Moving down the stairway the walk-in engine room is accessed. Just forward of the engine room to starboard is guest stateroom #1 featuring twin berths large settee and ensuite head. Back in the companionway moving forward to port is the VIP stateroom featuring a walk-around queen berth plus ensuite head. Laundry is located at base of stairsBridge is accessed via a portside stairway from the salon. Bridge features a u-shaped settee to port with table/bar/BBQ/sink combination to starboardplus main helm with captains seat center. Moving aft on the bridge is access to tender and davit.Back down to salon continuing forward up a step is the day head to starboard. Just forward of the day head is the lower helm station with captains chair plus exterior access door. Opposite to port is the galley with counter seating.Leaving the galley area continuing forward and down are two staterooms Guest #2 portside and crew cabin starboard are mirror image of each other featuring over/under bunks. Both staterooms feature ensuite heads.
